Walked through the door, noticed first everything is spotless! Almost immediately a true gentleman (we later just had to ask for his name) William, greeted us with the best courtesy and respect we have ever had at any restaurant. 5* restaurants have not even been close to the bar that William has set for the levels of customer service. The chicken was fresh and mouthwatering. Absolutely great value! But It was William and his outstanding human nature that will bring us back in. Thank you William for your heart ❤️ and your hard work. KFC needs to promote you!!!

Food was hot and delicious KFC never disappoint me when I'm hungry and wanting to sit down and enjoy a meal. Jimmy the guy that took my order was very kind and ask me how I wanted my meal way to go for you and all employees here at my KFC I will be back again when I have time.

My order was fresh and correctly made. The service was good and they were on top of their job and helpful every time I visit my order comes out fresh and the team members are nice.

The pieces need to be a decent size and not miniature since you pay by the piece.

Always okay, I wish they'd ease up on the pre-portioning though. Sometimes the sides sit for too long before they're sold. Otherwise not a bad place, usually fast, averagely priced. Good for Togo.

KFC is a great establishment in Victoria Tx, but there food is not all that great. Their atmosphere is pretty cool, they have great scenery inside the store; and everything is nice and bright. Aside from their food and atmosphere, their customer service is somewhat of top tier for a fast food joint. Back to their food though, like I said, it's not the best. Honestly you're better off just going to Popeyes or the Subway next to it. Iykyk...

My husband and I went in today (3/25/22) right upon them opening. We were happily greeted upon our arrival. It was such a warm welcome. We even were checked in on while eating. When leaving everyone was so happy saying goodbyes and thank you! Great set of people y’all had today! We have never ever experienced such wonderful service and attitudes! Blessings to you all! ❤️🙏🏻 And the food was amazing!
